Refund Policy

All purchases made directly, as well as Discord Subscription to our official game server, are non-refundable.

By initiating a purchase or subscription, users agree that their access to game items is never guaranteed, and access may be revoked at any time, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where we believe that the purchase was made fraudulently, or the user has violated our Terms of Service.

Users who initiate a refund, chargeback, or other payment reversal process with the associated payment processor relating to any completed purchase of our game items or subscription may be restricted from further access to our service.

Users who have had their access to our service revoked for any reason will not have access to any game items, including game items that they have purchased.
